Konrad Kausch ( Liberty University D1 )
I have had the privilege of growing up in Northern Minnesota, where hockey has blessed me with life lessons both on and off the ice. This is my 3rd year working with NHDA, where my focus is on the younger generation of goalies and guiding them with advice through the upcoming 7 weeks of camp. This allows for my clients to develop fundamentals that will set them apart in the upcoming season. A way I plan on achieving this is to set goals with my goalies early in camp, allowing for on ice feedback as well as off ice video through 7 weeks of training. One thing I have found true with every goalie They all have their own pathway to their goals, whether that is set in youth, high school, juniors, college, or professional. Through my youth with Duluth East, it has always been a dream of mine to playing college hockey and pursue my goal to play professional hockey. I plan on receiving my Master's Degree from Liberty University in 2028, where I am studying Sports Management while double minoring in Coaching & Ministry. With that being said, I am extremely excited to be back working with NHDA and being a light to the younger generation of goalies in the Northland.

The game of hockey has taught me the importance of hard-work, discipline, accountability, and leadership. To me, hockey is more than just a sport, it has truly shaped me into the person I am today. Developing life skills, learning who I am as a player/individual/teammate, and creating memories & relationships makes hockey something very special to me.

Lucas Rauner ( Idaho Spud Kings NCDC )
Hockey has brought me numerous important qualities that will stick with me throughout the rest of my life, including perseverance, how to deal with struggle, patience, and much more. Hockey has also brought me some of the best relationships in my life and pushed my social circle. This summer, I’m excited to spend time with the kids and make some more memories!
